• All sales are FINAL! We currently do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the error was our fault.

•Once an order is placed cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping Policy: 

We only ship within the United States.

• US SHIPPING USPS First Class $4.25 (3-7 Business Days). 

Local Pick Up $0.00 (Customer picks up).

•Once an order is scanned and tracked, we are no longer responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged package. 

•Due to COVID-19, some orders may take a few days later to arrive. We do our best to keep your items safe and sanitized before sending them your way!

 

•Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are subject to a reshipment fee of $4. Refunds are not provided for packages with an incorrect mailing address. Make sure to provide a correct mailing address before placing an order. 

 

Local Pickup Policy:

If you decide to choose Local Las Vegas NV Pickup shipping method once you place your order directly go to Instagram and DM @BRISALASHESS with your order # as well as the day and time you would like to pick up your order.
